老大,
一開場的白沙拉真的有讓我懷疑你的誠意, 不過的確是搶先填肚的好菜路;
白菜魯不錯喔, 有讓我想起宜蘭版雜菜/佛跳牆, 吸~
Costco 真是不錯的供應商 ^^b

白蟻報告會分兩階段, session 1 務必要前屋主處理掉因為很貴, session 2 可以看怎麼談, 交屋後自己找 termite 公司來做也可以, 不過坦白說也不便宜. 往後最好每年 (最遲每兩年) 要找 termite 公司來打一次藥常保居家平安… 最近買房遇到一個不錯的仲介, 學了一大堆東西.

老舊電視？可以收數位訊號嗎？美國已經沒有類比訊號台了，你要買個數位電視盒，把四環型天線接到電視盒，再把電視盒接到電視才行。
